Huma Abedin Forwarded State Dept Passwords to Yahoo Email Account Before it Was Hacked By Foreign Agents… Including Russians
“As previously reported, the State Department released a portion of the documents found on pervert Anthony Weiner’s laptop Friday and at least 5 emails contain classified information.
The FBI seized Weiner’s laptop after he was caught sexting with an underage teenager and discovered CLASSIFIED INFORMATION on the disgraced politician’s computer.
It turns out Hillary Clinton’s aide, Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive State Department emails to all of her insecure Yahoo email accounts which were later hacked by foreign actors. Among the foreign agents that hacked Huma’s Yahoo emails included RUSSIANS.
Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive State Department emails, including passwords to government systems, to her personal Yahoo email account before every single Yahoo account was hacked, a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of emails released as part of a lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch shows.
The U.S. later charged Russian intelligence agent Igor Sushchin with hacking 500 million Yahoo email accounts. The initial hack occurred in 2014 and allowed his associates to access accounts into 2015 and 2016 by using forged cookies. Sushchin also worked for the Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, which paid former President Bill Clinton $500,000 for a June 2010 speech in Moscow.
A separate hack in 2013 compromised three billion accounts across multiple Yahoo properties, and the culprit is still unclear. “All Yahoo user accounts were affected by the August 2013 theft,” the company said in a statement.
Long-time Clinton confidante Sid Blumenthal sent Clinton an email in July 2009 with the subject line: “Important. Not for circulation. You only. Sid.” The email began “CONFIDENTIAL… Re: Moscow Summit.” Abedin forwarded the email to her Yahoo address, potentially making it visible to hackers.
According to The Daily Caller report, the three email accounts Abedin used were firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, and firstname.lastname@example.org.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton had this to say about the new Huma/Hillary doc dump from the State Department Friday:
This is a major victory. After years of hard work in federal court, Judicial Watch has forced the State Department to finally allow Americans to see these public documents. It will be in keeping with our past experience that Abedin’s emails on Weiner’s laptop will include classified and other sensitive materials. That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner’s laptop dramatically illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary Clinton’s and Huma Abedin’s obvious violations of law.
New Huma Abedin Emails Reveal Additional Instances of Clinton Sending and Receiving Classified Emails Through Unsecure Server
|| Judicial Watch
“Judicial Watch today released 894 pages of new State Department documents, including previously unreleased email exchanges in which former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was sent additional classified information through her unsecure clintonmail.com email account by top aide Huma Abedin. The Abedin emails also include repeated instances of Clinton’s detailed daily schedules being sent to top Clinton Foundation officials at unsecured email addresses.
The records were produced for Judicial Watch by the State Department from the non-state.gov email accounts of Abedin. The records were obtained in response to a court order from a May 5, 2015, lawsuit filed against the State Department (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00684)) after it failed to respond to a March 18, 2015, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking:
All emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013 using a non-“state.gov” email address.
The new documents included 29 email exchanges not previously turned over to the State Department, bringing the known total to date to at least 317 emails that were not part of the 55,000 pages of emails that Clinton turned over to the State Department. These records further appear to contradict statements by Clinton that, “as far as she knew,” all of her government emails were turned over to the State Department.
The emails show classified information was sent through the clintonemail.com account:
The new Abedin emails also reveal four instances in which Clinton’s then- scheduler Lona Valmoro forwarded the former secretary of state’s detailed daily schedule to top Clinton Foundation officials. In each case, those who received the schedules included Bill Clinton’s personal scheduler and Foundation aide Terry Krinvic, Justin Cooper , a then-aide to President Clinton who helped manage Hillary Clinton’s unsecure email system, and Clinton Foundation director Doug Band.
The Abedin emails contain information sent from Clinton’s unsecured HDR22@clintonemail.com account in which she reminds an aide that she is to have a talk with New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand on “cybersecurity” and a reference to a “HRC Support Network”:
Report: Jared Kushner Didn’t Disclose $1 Billion in Loans, Investment Ties to Goldman Sachs, George Soros and Chinese Co. Alibaba
“President Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner didn’t disclose his part ownership of a real-estate finance startup known as Cadre, according to a Wall Street Journal review of Kushner’s securities and other filings.
The Journal notes that Kushner’s Cadre stake “means the senior White House official is currently a business partner of Goldman Sachs Group and billionaires including George Soros and Peter Thiel.” The Journal also reports that Kushner didn’t disclose a number of loans “totaling at least $1 billion, from more than 20 lenders,” on properties and companies he co-owns; and Kushner “has also provided personal guarantees on more than $300 million of the debt.” An analysis of the debt on these assets “found ties to a broad swath of U.S. and foreign banks, private-equity firms, real-estate companies and government-owned lenders.”
[Kushner’s lawyer Jamie] Gorelick said the Cadre stake is described in a revised version of [Kushner’s] financial-disclosure form that will be made public after it has been certified by ethics officials. She said Mr. Kushner has previously discussed his Cadre ownership with the Office of Government Ethics and that Mr. Kushner has “resigned from Cadre’s board, assigned his voting rights, and reduced his ownership share.” A spokesman for the Office of Government Ethics didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
Mr. Kushner co-founded Cadre in 2014 with his brother Joshua and Ryan Williams, a 29-year-old friend and former employee of Kushner Cos., the family-controlled business that Mr. Kushner ran until recently. Cadre markets properties to prospective investors, who can put their money into specific buildings or into an investment fund run by Cadre, which collects fees on each deal.
To get off the ground, Cadre turned to a Goldman Sachs fund and a number of high-profile investors. Among them were the venture-capital firms of Mr. Thiel, Silicon Valley’s most prominent supporter of Mr. Trump, and Vinod Khosla, a co-founder of Sun Microsystems Inc., according to Cadre’s website. Other backers include Chinese entrepreneur David Yu, co-founder with Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.’s Jack Ma of a Shanghai-based private-equity firm, hedge-fund manager Daniel Och and real-estate magnate Barry Sternlicht, people close to Cadre said.
Cadre also secured a $250 million line of credit from the family office of George Soros, a top Democratic donor whom Mr. Trump criticized during his presidential campaign, the people close to the company said. Mr. Soros’s family office is also an investor in Cadre.”
Comey: Why no, we won’t be charging Huma Abedin for forwarding classified emails to Anthony Weiner
“Say this for the guy: He may be misapplying federal statutes but he’s misapplying them consistently, at least as far as Team Clinton goes. Ed noted earlier that Comey revealed this morning that Huma was forwarding emails to Weiner to print out for Hillary’s perusal. Did Huma realize that was illegal? Nope, says Comey, and that was the key. Somehow the thought didn’t occur to Hillary’s top aide that transmitting sensitive correspondence involving the world’s most powerful diplomat to unauthorized recipients might tickle the boundaries of what federal law permits.
Is Comey right, though, that there’s no crime here so long as Abedin didn’t intend to mishandle classified information? Nope. The statute is clear:
(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
Sending classified info to the private laptop of someone who isn’t authorized to receive it because you can’t be bothered to print it out yourself does sound suspiciously like gross negligence, especially given Weiner’s other computer pastimes and the opportunities they created for foreign blackmail. (Weiner’s participation here makes the negligence “gross” in every sense of the word.) But then, so does setting up your own private “homebrew” email server to conduct official state business. Comey decided last summer that it doesn’t matter what the federal statute actually says; Congress can write whatever laws it wants but when it comes to applying them, prior DOJ practice will guide the FBI in recommending charges, not the text of the law. And DOJ practice requires proof of knowledge or intent, not mere gross negligence, to justify filing charges, never mind that no one as high up as a Secretary of State had ever been credibly accused of violating this particular statute before. If Hillary’s gross negligence wasn’t enough to get her charged, then Huma’s gross negligence isn’t enough either.”
Paul Ryan’s Spending Bill Forbids Funding for Trump Wall – But Allows Funding for Border Security in Middle East
“House Republicans released its $1.1 trillion1,665 page spending bill that includes an average of approximately 210 words per page — —or about twice as long as the stimulus law (the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act”) that President Barack Obama signed less than a month after his inauguration in 2009.
Democrats should ask Hillary Clinton to step aside
– Chicago Tribune
“Has America become so numb by the decades of lies and cynicism oozing from Clinton Inc. that it could elect Hillary Clinton as president, even after Friday’s FBI announcement that it had reopened an investigation of her emails while secretary of state?
We’ll find out soon enough.
It’s obvious the American political system is breaking down. It’s been crumbling for some time now, and the establishment elite know it and they’re properly frightened. Donald Trump, the vulgarian at their gates, is a symptom, not a cause. Hillary Clinton and husband Bill are both cause and effect.
FBI director James Comey’s announcement about the renewed Clinton email investigation is the bombshell in the presidential campaign. That he announced this so close to Election Day should tell every thinking person that what the FBI is looking at is extremely serious.
This can’t be about pervert Anthony Weiner and his reported desire for a teenage girl. But it can be about the laptop of Weiner’s wife, Clinton aide Huma Abedin, and emails between her and Hillary. It comes after the FBI investigation in which Comey concluded Clinton had lied and been “reckless” with national secrets, but said he could not recommend prosecution.
So what should the Democrats do now?
If ruling Democrats hold themselves to the high moral standards they impose on the people they govern, they would follow a simple process:
They would demand that Mrs. Clinton step down, immediately, and let her vice presidential nominee, Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia, stand in her place.
Since Oct. 7, WikiLeaks has released 35,000 emails hacked from Clinton campaign boss John Podesta. Now WikiLeaks, no longer a neutral player but an active anti-Clinton agency, plans to release another 15,000 emails.
What if she is elected? Think of a nation suffering a bad economy and continuing chaos in the Middle East, and now also facing a criminal investigation of a president. Add to that congressional investigations and a public vision of Clinton as a Nixonian figure wandering the halls, wringing her hands.”
Abedin reportedly not on campaign plane, fueling speculation on future with Clinton
– Boston Herald
“Hillary Clinton’s closest and most-trusted adviser is on the hot seat after finding herself thrust back into the email scandals that have plagued her boss’ run for the White House — and the fact that she didn’t join the Democratic nominee yesterday is fueling speculation that the campaign is moving to distance itself from her.
“I wonder, is she going to keep Huma?” Donald Trump asked yesterday during a campaign rally in Golden, Colo., referring to embattled top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. “Huma’s been a problem … I wonder if Huma is going to stay there and I hope they haven’t given Huma immunity because she knows the real story — she knows what’s going on.”
Abedin, who two months ago left her scandal-plagued husband, Anthony Weiner, was roped into the latest political snake pit when the FBI started scrubbing emails related to Clinton’s investigation that they reportedly found on a family laptop of Abedin and Weiner. She wasn’t on the Clinton campaign plane yesterday, according to reports.”
WIKILEAKS: Hillary Clinton Needed Someone to ‘Sober Her Up’ at 4:30pm
“Hillary Clinton campaign aides had a frantic email exchange in August 2015 over who should call the candidate to “sober her up some” at around 4:30 in the afternoon.
According to documents published by WikiLeaks, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta emailed communications aide Jennifer Palmieri with a question at around 2:00 p.m. “Should I call her and talk this through or better to leave with you?” Podesta wrote. “I’m worried she’ll get on with Cheryl [Mills] and we’ll end up in a bad place.”
Palmieri wrote back more than two hours later with a response: “I think you should call her and sober her up some.”
U.S Ignores Hillary Clinton’s Powerful Aide Huma Abedin at Its Own Risk
– Human Events
“A CIA/FBI agent was responsible for creating the first al-Qaeda training manual from classified military sources. Ali Mohamed covertly moved up through the ranks undetected until the Egyptian-born al-Qaeda spy was finally discovered. Though arrested in 1998, Mohamed’s whereabouts and legal status remain unknown. Fort Hood jihadist Nidal Malik Hasan benefited from the same faulty screening.
Whether it’s the CIA or the military, sophisticated surveillance is proving inadequate, and proper background checks of Middle Easterners aren’t being done. Each example serves as another case in point. What makes us think that the State Department would update its virus protection program? Even more disconcerting than Mohamed and Balawi is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s aide and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, who has been with Clinton since 1996. She was never properly screened, this will be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.
To be concerned about Abedin’s access to sensitive information is an issue that will most likely garner unsolicited curses from “sensitive” Americans who are enamored with her. These same people ignore this diva’s familial ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Lt. Col. Robert Anderson’s detailed reports aimed at getting Army intelligence to investigate Ali Mohamed—and have him court-martialed—were also ignored.
Abedin is even more potentially dangerous: She can leak state secrets. She is closely associated with her Muslim Brotherhood family and even joined Clinton at an event with her mother, Saleha Abedin, at Dar El-Hekma College in Saudi Arabia. Also present was a close associate of Saleha Abedin—Suheir Qureshi. Qureshi’s name later appeared in several prominent Arab newspapers when it was revealed that she belonged to a list of 63 members of the secret arm of the Muslim Brotherhood called The Sisterhood. The full list was later revealed—Huma Abedin’s mother is on it. Huma’s brother—Hassan Abedin—also collaborates with Omar Naseef and Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, two of the most influential terror supporters in the world.
And while the U.S. House of Representatives debated whether to cut off funds for Obama’s military campaign in Libya , which aids the Brotherhood-backed rebels, Clinton challenged Congress over its position, asking, “Whose side are you on?”
This is a question the secretary of state should ask herself.”
Hillary Clinton Holds Press Conference After FBI Re-Opens Investigation
– “Have you spoken to Huma? And was she able to give you any information about that?”
Hillary deflects by talking about rumours. Why? When she could directly ask Huma, what devices could they possibly have, and what could possibly be on them?
Coming directly from Huma, that wouldn’t be a rumour, and if true would be a fact.
Not only did Hillary deflect that question, she basically walked out on the press that had many more questions for her. It this what we can expect from a Clinton presidency? A press conference with unscripted questions is the best forum to assess the character and truthfulness of a candidate.
On any scale this was a monumental failure of Nixonian proportions. /CJ
What if Huma Has to Resign?
IS HUMA ABEDIN HILLARY CLINTON’S SECRET WEAPON OR HER NEXT BIG PROBLEM?
– Vanity Fair
“I’m not sure Hillary could walk out the door without Huma,”…….But, for all her proximity to the white-hot center of American politics, Abedin is every bit as unknown to the general public as her boss is world-famous.”
FBI Re-Opens Investigation Into Hillary Clinton’s Emails
– Daily Caller
“A major development just 11 days before the presidential election, the FBI is re-opening its investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails.
“In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation,” FBI director James Comey wrote in an letter to members of Congress released Friday. “I am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday, and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”
“Although the FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, and I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work, I believe it is important to update your committees about our efforts in light of my previous testimony,” Comey wrote.
Clinton was on an airplane when the news first broke. She didn’t comment when she disembarked in Iowa.
Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, expressed his outrage at the announcement on Friday: “It is extraordinary that we would see something like this just 11 days out from a presidential election.”
“The Director owes it to the American people to immediately provide the full details of what he is now examining,” Podesta said.
Reacting to the news, House Speaker Paul Ryan wrote: “I renew my call for the Director of National Intelligence to suspend all classified briefings for Secretary Clinton until this matter is fully resolved.”
Bernstein: FBI Would Not Reopen Case Unless New Evidence Was “A Real Bombshell”
– Real Clear Politics
“Watergate journalist Carl Bernstein comments on the FBI’s shocking Friday afternoon announcement that they are reopening the investigation into Hilary Clinton’s email server because new evidence has come to light.
We don’t know what this means yet except that it’s a real bombshell. And it is unthinkable that the Director of the FBI would take this action lightly, that he would put this letter forth to the Congress of the United States saying there is more information out there about classified e-mails and call it to the attention of congress unless it was something requiring serious investigation. So that’s where we are…
But this is her achilles heel and we have to remember that it also comes on the — back to the word heel — of the revelations about the Clinton Foundation. So the confluence of all of this is bad for her as it stands now but with some knowledge she might be able to stop, turn things around, and give us some idea of what’s going on in a way we might not otherwise know, and also it’s very possible that some members of congress very quickly are going to get an idea of what these e-mails are, and what this is all about, and for whatever purpose put some information out there.”
Hillary Clinton Avoids Reporters’ Questions on the FBI Reopening Investigation
“Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton ignored shouted questions by her traveling press pool on the tarmac in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, about the FBI announcing Friday it was re-opening its investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server after previously undisclosed Clinton emails were discovered. Clinton gave the press a smile and a wave as she walked down the stairs from her campaign plane Hill Force One and entered her waiting Secret Service vehicle without saying anything. The press was kept waiting on the tarmac as Clinton reportedly met with advisers on the plane for thirty minutes.
UPDATE: The AP reported Clinton spent part of her time on the plane posing for photographs:
“Clinton spent about 25 minutes on the plane after it landed before she emerged. Following Clinton off the plane was famed photographer Annie Leibovitz. She was shooting photos of the candidate for at least part of the time reporters were waiting for the candidate.”

Pence calls on FBI to release new emails in Clinton investigation
– Washington Examiner
“Indiana Gov. Mike Pence on Friday called on the FBI to release new emails that forced it to reopen its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private emails.
Pence made the call during a campaign event in Bensalem, Pa., and speculated that Clinton “may have been a whole lot more than extremely careless” in her handling of classified information.
“The big breaking news today — you may not have heard about it standing in line folks — is that now we just learned that Hillary Clinton may have been a whole lot more than extremely careless when it came to handling classified information,” Pence said. “The director of the FBI, James Comey, this afternoon, just sent a letter to the Congress reopening the investigation against Hillary Clinton and her private email server.”
The crowd responded by cheering and chanting “lock her up,” as has become commonplace at Donald Trump rallies since the Republican National Convention.
Feinstein Finally Wakes up to Clinton Illegal Email Server Scandal
“Sen. Dianne Feinstein (Calif.), the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, denounced the move as “appalling” considering the timing, how little the FBI appears to know about the emails, and how little Comey said.
“Without knowing how many emails are involved, who wrote them, when they were written or their subject matter, it’s impossible to make any informed judgment on this development,” Feinstein said. “However, one thing is clear: Director Comey’s announcement played right into the political campaign of Donald Trump, who is already using the letter for political purposes. And all of this just 11 days before the election.”
“It’s too bad Director Comey didn’t take those gaping holes into consideration when he decided to send this letter,” Feinstein added. “The FBI has a history of extreme caution near Election Day so as not to influence the results. Today’s break from that tradition is appalling.”
“President Obama used a pseudonym in emails to Hillary Clinton, documents from the FBI released Friday show.
The FBI released a large batch documents related to its investigation into Clinton’s private email server Friday afternoon. The files include notes from interviews with several top Clinton aides, including longtime adviser Huma Abedin.
The FBI said in its notes from an Abedin interview that the address on a Clinton email chain “is believed to be a pseudonym used by the President.”
Abedin said she didn’t recognize the name and “expressed her amazement” that Obama used a pseudonym.
The FBI said she exclaimed: “How is this not classified?”
She reportedly asked if she could have a copy of the email.
Abedin also told the FBI that Clinton’s team had to inform the White House that she was changing her email address so that the president could receive messages from her.”
President Barack Obama used a pseudonym in email communications with Hillary Clinton and others, according to FBI records made public Friday. The disclosure came as the FBI released its second batch of documents from its investigation into Clinton’s private email server during her tenure as secretary of state. Story Continued Below
The 189 pages the bureau released includes interviews with some of Clinton’s closest aides, such as Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills; senior State Department officials; and even Marcel Lazar, better known as the Romanian hacker “Guccifer.”
