Trump Accuses Obama of Wire Tapping Phones at Trump Tower | Mar 04, 2017

REPORT: FBI Said to Have ‘Granted FISA Warrant’ To Wiretap TRUMP Tower!

– theGatewayPundit

“Earlier this morning, Trump took to Twitter to express his outrage over wiretapping at Trump Tower during Obama’s Presidency. Back in November, the media did confirm that wiretapping did allegedly take place, via Heat Street:

Contrary to earlier reporting in the New York Times, which cited FBI sources as saying that the agency did not believe that the private server in Donald Trump’s Trump Tower which was connected to a Russian bank had any nefarious purpose, the FBI’s counter-intelligence arm, sources say, re-drew an earlier FISA court request […].

The original FISA request which specifically named and broadly targeted Donald Trump was denied, a second request was redrafted months later which narrowed down on equipment in Trump Tower. The second request is said to have been granted, despite the fact that FBI sources did not believe these servers to be of actual national security or possess any illegal ties to Russia. The notion that this second FISA warrant was granted is highly significant as they exist to investigate cases when Foreign Intelligence is suspected of operations in the US.

The implication is that Trump or one of his employees was secretly functioning as a Russian-sanctioned spy (which is obviously absurd). However illegitimate the request was, the granting of said FISA request allows the government major access:

Pursuant to FISA, the Court entertains applications submitted by the United States Government for approval of electronic surveillance, physical search, and other investigative actions for foreign intelligence purposes.  Most of the Court’s work is conducted ex parte as required by statute, and due to the need to protect classified national security information.

Contrary to a lack of any evidence by the Obama Administration or FBI, the possibility of the second FISA request being granted would indeed monitor activity within Trump Tower. Again, this FISA request was issued with no definitive proof/evidence that Trump had any nefarious ties to Russia – instead, it bears the hallmarks of a political witch hunt.

If proven, there is a good chance the issuing judge and corresponding FBI personnel will soon face serious jail time. Liberal media is ignoring this, and instead seems to have coordinated a large online campaign with headlines that almost consistently read “Provides No Evidence”. So let’s get this straight: The GOP is accused of colluding with Russians MSM publishes as a front-page story fact, Trump accuses Obama of wiretapping and… “PROVIDES NO EVIDENCE!”

Obama wire-tapped his phones at Trump Tower before the election in ‘Nixon/Watergate’ style scandal

– Daily Mail UK

“The Obama administration has strongly denied President Donald Trump’s claims that Barack Obama wire-tapped his phones at Trump Tower before the election.

Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis released a statement Saturday afternoon refuting Trump’s wire-tapping claims.

‘A cardinal rule of the Obama administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice,’ Lewis wrote.

‘As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false.’

Lewis’ statement comes shortly after Trump fired off a flurry of tweets early Saturday morning claiming that the former president had been spying on him in October, a month before his election victory.

‘Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my ‘wires tapped’ in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!’

McCarthyism, which the president used in his first tweet, is the practice of making accusations of subversion or treason without proper regard for evidence.

Trump started tweeting shortly after 3.30am ET and posed the question: ‘Is it legal for a sitting President to be ‘wire tapping’ a race for president prior to an election?’

In another tweet Trump said it was a ‘new low’ for the former president, compared it to ‘Nixon/Watergate’ and called Obama a ‘bad (or sick) guy’.

‘It seems unthinkable. If that were the case by some chance, that means that a federal judge would have found that there was either probable cause that he had committed a crime or was an agent of a foreign power,’ the official said.

According to the official, a wiretap cannot be directed at a US facility, without finding probable cause that the phone lines or internet addresses were being used by agents of a foreign power.

‘You can’t just go around and tap buildings,’ the official told the Post.

Another former senior US official, who worked under the Obama administration, told CNN there was no such investigation of Trump, nor were his phones tapped.

‘This did not happen. It is false. Wrong,’ the former official said.

The official echoed that of others saying Obama could not have ordered this and adding that it would have been taken to a judge by investigators, but investigators never did that.”

 – Let’s all remember the time the Obama Admistration spying apparatus tapped the phones of Germany’s Chancellor and France’s president Hollande, wherein the Obama denied it, then later stated Obama was not aware of what his NSA was doing. On the heels of President Trump’s newest accusations, recall we are dealing with Obama, an individual with a record of secret spying and lying about it. Just like Nixon. This is going to get very interesting. /CJ

Angela Merkel’s call to Obama: are you bugging my mobile phone?

– the Guardian | 2013

“The furore over the scale of American mass surveillance revealed by Edward Snowden shifted to an incendiary new level on Wednesday evening when Angela Merkel of Germany called Barack Obama to demand explanations over reports that the US National Security Agency was monitoring her mobile phone.

Merkel was said by informed sources in Germany to be “livid” over the reports and convinced, on the basis of a German intelligence investigation, that the reports were utterly substantiated.

The German news weekly, Der Spiegel, reported an investigation by German intelligence, prompted by research from the magazine, that produced plausible information that Merkel’s mobile was targeted by the US eavesdropping agency. The German chancellor found the evidence substantial enough to call the White House and demand clarification.

The outrage in Berlin came days after President François Hollande of France also called the White House to confront Obama with reports that the NSA was targeting the private phone calls and text messages of millions of French people.

While European leaders have generally been keen to play down the impact of the whistleblowing disclosures in recent months, events in the EU’s two biggest countries this week threatened an upward spiral of lack of trust in transatlantic relations.

Merkel’s spokesman, Steffen Seibert, made plain that Merkel upbraided Obama unusually sharply and also voiced exasperation at the slowness of the Americans to respond to detailed questions on the NSA scandal since the Snowden revelations first appeared in the Guardian in June.

Merkel told Obama that “she unmistakably disapproves of and views as completely unacceptable such practices, if the indications are authenticated,” Seifert said. “This would be a serious breach of confidence. Such practices have to be halted immediately.”

The sharpness of the German complaint direct to an American president strongly suggested that Berlin had no doubt about the grounds for protest. Seibert voiced irritation that the Germans had waited for months for proper answers from Washington to Berlin on the NSA operations.

Merkel told Obama she expected the Americans “to supply information over the possible scale of such eavesdropping practices against Germany and reply to questions that the federal government asked months ago”, Seibert said.

The White House responded that Merkel’s mobile is not being tapped. “The president assured the chancellor that the United States is not monitoring and will not monitor the communications of the chancellor,” said a statement from Jay Carney, the White House spokesman.

But Berlin promptly signalled that the rebuttal referred to the present and the future and did not deny that Merkel’s communications had been monitored in the past.

Asked by the Guardian if the US had monitored the German chancellor’s phone in the past, a top White House official declined to deny that it had.

HUGE Obama Scandal: Illegal Surveillance/Election Tampering

– dcWhispers

“The Obama administration engaged in surveillance of Trump Tower communications during the 2016 Election. With that fact now front and center, voters would do well to recall all of the “leaks” that were said to be coming from inside the then-Trump campaign.

Were operatives working under the direction of a  then-sitting President of the United States, the source of those leaks? Some are already suggesting YES, making what Barack Obama potentially did in 2016 MUCH WORSE than anything Richard Nixon did leading up to the Watergate scandal. This is big. This is the Obama Shadow Government now being exposed in real time:

UPDATE: Sources now indicating top Democrats and Republicans were aware of the surveillance (and potential subsequent leaks) being conducted on/against the Trump campaign. These include, but are not limited to, House Speaker Paul Ryan, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Senator John McCain, and Senator Lindsey Graham.”

How the Clinton’s befriend a Chinese fry cook in Little Rock who ends up Funneling illegal Chinese Govt campaign donations | Mar 01, 2017

‘Yes, there had been a connection to the People’s Republic of China. A lieutenant colonel in the Chinese army had given him $300,000 to donate to the 1996 Democratic campaign.’

– DailyMail UK

‘I see the White House is like a subway’.

“Once the shock of Hillary Clinton election loss passed, the blame game began.

But FBI Director Comey’s decision to reopen the investigation into Hillary’s emails the Wikileaks revelations and campaign strategy missteps were hardly the only reasons to blame for Hillary’s devastating loss. Nor was the inability of the Democratic candidate to  connect to voters.

According to presidential historian and New York Times bestselling author Doug Wead, Hillary’s scathing defeat was unsurprising and a direct result of the scandals, lies and cover-ups that have followed her and her husband for decades.

In fact, financial help from foreign governments goes back to a little-talked-about story of Hillary and Bill’s relationship with China that began at the Fu Lin Chinese Restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas during Clinton’s days as governor.

Frequent diners at the restaurant, the Clintons struck up a ‘friendship’ with Charles Yah Lin Trie, a fry cook in the kitchen who eventually became co-owner.

Both of their statures rose simultaneously – Trie curiously becoming an important corporate figure as well as a prominent Clinton financial backer when the Clintons moved into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in 1991.

Both parties moved to Washington and Trie opened a business in the capital.

The FBI quickly learned the one source of income for Trie’s company was from bank accounts in Hong Kong and Macau in the name of Ng Lap Seng.

Trie helped organize a $220,000 donation to the Democratic Party and paid $100,000 for a seat at a presidential gala with Ng Lap Seng as his guest.

Prominent Democrats wondered how a fry cook had become such a big corporate player. Were the president and the Democratic party accepting illegal foreign donations? Just who were all these Chinese visitors to the Oval Office, they questioned.

With the money donated to the Presidential Legal Expense fund, ‘Charlie wrote the president a stern letter urging a different Chinese policy and warning that ‘it is highly possible for China to launch real war’,’ Wead writes.

The year of Clinton’s re-election, 1996, Charlie Trie brought another man, Wang Jun with him to the White House for coffee with Bill.

Jun headed up an investment conglomerate owned by the People’s Republic of China that included a weapons trading company owned by the Chinese military.

The FBI had it all down on eavesdropping surveillance – the Chinese were trying to influence the reelection of Bill Clinton – with money and that old pay to play scheme that had always worked so well.

Charlie Trie fled the country during a congressional investigation as did Ng Lap Seng, the man suspected of funneling money from the People’s Republic of China into the Clinton reelection campaign. No answers to investigators.

Oddly, Ng Lap Seng showed up in New York City in 2016 during the Russian email hacking discussions and was quickly arrested and ‘charged with bringing in suitcases full of cash to bribe United Nations officials.

The investigation was reopened but the national media panned and buried the story, according to Wead.

Charlie Trie was not alone.

‘There was a veritable flood of foreign money looking for a way to flow to the Clintons’.

A California businessman and Chinese American named Johnny Chung, characterized as a ‘hustler’ by a national security official, started making large donations to the Democratic National Committee in 1994 that totaled $366,000.

All that dough opened the White House door to him for forty-nine visits as well as allowing him to bring in Chinese friends to a Clinton presidential radio address.

Investigators caught up with Chung although other Chinese donors fled the country.

When Chung converted to Christianity, his guilt convinced him to come clean and plead guilty to election law violations.

‘Yes, there had been a connection to the People’s Republic of China. A lieutenant colonel in the Chinese army had given him $300,000 to donate to the 1996 Democratic campaign’.

An additional perk allowed the donor to have his picture taken with Bill Clinton at a fundraiser in LA.

Chung delivered a shocking account of Clinton staffers disregard for campaign finance law.

Chung was able to hand a check for $50,000 over to Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff, Margaret A. Williams – with not a raised eyebrow – and she in turn handed it over to the Democratic National Committee.

‘I see the White House is like a subway’.

Cruz Campaign Cheating in Iowa – Feb 2016

Ted Cruz ADMITS his staff spread ‘shameless’ whisper campaign that Dr. Ben Carson was quitting presidential contest just before Iowa caucus voting began –

– DailyMail

tc2

Ted Cruz admitted on Tuesday that his presidential campaign spread a false rumor, just hours before Monday’s Iowa caucuses began, that conservative rival Ben Carson was dropping pout of the presidential race.

Carson finished a distant fourth in the nation’s first nominating contest, and observers at two caucus precincts told DailyMail.com that he lost supporters to the Cruz camp when Republicans speaking on behalf of Cruz said Carson was suspending his campaign.

It turned out not to be true, however, and Carson himself complained Tuesday about ‘shameless tactics and dirty political plays’ that pushed Cruz to victory on the strength of political sabotage.

Cruz won the caucuses by a total of 6,239 votes over Donald Trump, less than four Republicans in each of the state’s 1,681 precincts – representing the number Cruz’s forces would have had to ‘flip’ at each caucus location in order to overcome what had been a strong Trump polling lead going into Monday night.

‘Isn’t this the same thing we see with the Obama administration, the IRS scandal – no responsibility. Let’s see what in fact the Cruz campaign will do about those individuals who inappropriately disseminated this information knowing that the caucuses were not over – they were awfully anxious to get it out there weren’t they?’

Burnett: Does Cruz Blaming CNN for Carson Email Raise Questions About His Integrity?

– Mediaite

burnett1

“It’s clear CNN really isn’t happy with Ted Cruz for blaming his campaign’s emails about Ben Carsonpotentially dropping out on them, and Erin Burnett tonight asked if that raises questions about Cruz’s integrity.

Burnett got visibly frustrated as she repeatedly asked major Cruz surrogate Bob Vander Plaatswhy Cruz can’t just apologize without blaming CNN, given the fact that CNN’s reporting was accurate and whoever on the campaign emailed the Carson alert to supporters extrapolated something false from it.”

Carson: Cruz campaign just like Obama

– WashingtonExaminer

Dr. Ben Carson said on Fox News Tuesday night he believes fellow GOP candidate Ted Cruz did not know about his team’s attempt to sway votes at the Iowa Caucuses Monday night. Yet he condemned the senator’s “dishonest” campaign, comparing it to the Obama administration….

Here’s the issue, a culture exists within the Cruz camp that would allow people to take advantage of a situation like this in a very dishonest way. Isn’t this the same thing that we see in the Obama administration, the IRS scandal, no responsibility.”

Instead, Carson has charged Cruz with taking action to ensure the individuals on his team who shared that information are held responsible. He also said it is up to voters in New Hampshire and South Carolina not to allow Cruz or his staffers to get away with similar shenanigans.”

Read more @ WashintonExaminer

– Dr. Carson went on to say that he believed Ted Cruz. That’s what you have to do in politics up to now. I for one don’t believe that Ted Cruz would not have known about this tactical manuever in the absolute pivotal point in the caucus process. It was coordinated and well-timed.

Unless, Cruz has his own Col. North or G. Gordon Liddy, Cruz had to have known. There was too much at stake, and the Cruz campaign boasts that it has voter data down to the individual record.

This is wrong on so many levels, but let me start with this:

Here in California as in other states, the state collects certain voting data and activity as a result of the public’s private process of voting.

These same agencies are also in the business of selling that private voting data. This should not be allowed to occur. Voting is a right as well as a duty. As such, and being that you are compelled by the state give this data freely, the state has no right to collect fees or ‘profits’ on the sale or use of this data to politicial entities.

The Cruz  Carson Lying debacle would not have occurred if they did not have their hands on this type of detailed voter data in the first place.

There should be a check mark for all publicly given data to state agencies, wherein, you must elect or specify by checking a box, giving assent to private exploitation of your data. That isn’t too much to ask.

Moreover, I think this is a game changer and something every campaign must have a contingency for, in the event of ‘event x’ occurring, what happens next. For instance, if there is a rumor or unauthorized announcement, we should look for an official twitter confirmation, in its absence, carry on.

One bad rumour can kill a campaign now. In the past this was all done behind closed doors. Cruz’ mistake is has let the proverbial ‘cat’ out of the bag with this. And it doesn’t look good.
