FBI announces it will not change July decision on Hillary Clinton’s emails
– Daily Mail UK
“The FBI has announced it will not make any changes to its July decision on Hillary Clinton’s emails, meaning the Democratic nominee will not be charged.
Congressman Jason Chaffetz tweeted out the massive news on Sunday afternoon.
‘FBI Dir just informed us “Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Sec Clinton”,’ Chaffetz wrote.
Speaking to reporters with Clinton in Cleveland, Ohio, Director of Communications Jennifer Palmieri confirmed the camp had seen Comey’s letter.
‘We have seen Director Comey’s latest letter to the Hill. We are glad to see that he has found, as we were confident that he would, that he has confirmed the conclusion that he reached in July, and we’re glad that this matter is resolved,’ Palmieri said.
The investigation was reopened on October 28 – sparked by a DailyMail.com story that revealed Anthony Weiner was sending sexually explicit messages to a 15-year-old girl. The emails in question were found on Weiner’s laptop.
Reacting to the news shortly after 4pm, Donald Trump claimed Hillary in being protected by a ‘rigged system’.

– In light of this new announcement, Comey’s first letter announcing a re-opening of the Hillary email server investigation, that is, Comey’s initial move 11 days ahead of a presidential election makes no sense.
Worse Comey now announces new news 2 days before the election. On any level this is just wrong, regardless of party or faction.
Why would the FBI interpose itself in the middle of a major election? Perhaps Comey’s hand was forced in some fashion by higher powers?
In that light the following article needs to be taken in consideration. /CJ
COUPS, COUNTER-COUPS RAGE WITHIN AMERICAN GOVERNMENT?
“It’s a struggle taking place at the highest levels of power. Coups, counter-coups and a civil war between the elites. And at the center of it all is one of the America’s most experienced intelligence operatives.
Yes, there is a nonviolent civil war within Washington, according to Steve Pieczenik, deputy assistant secretary of state under men such as Henry Kissinger and James Baker.
Pieczenik served in the State Department for 20 years. He battled terrorism in the 1970s and, using his training as a psychiatrist, created pioneering tactics and strategies used in hostage situations. He contributed to the success of the Camp David Accords in 1978 by building psychological profiles of the key negotiators.
Since leaving government, he’s been a strategic consultant for groups such as the RAND Corporation and the United States Institute of Peace. Most famously, he formed a partnership with author Tom Clancy to co-create the “Op-Center” and “Net-Force” books and eventually authored several books of his own, including the thriller “State of Emergency,” which posits a second civil war.
And now, this consummate insider, one of the most experienced policy makers and crisis managers alive, says a nonviolent civil war is raging within Washington.”
