Where was the President? And why didn’t Hillary or anyone try to find him?

Who was in charge? No one?  Is the Obama presidency just a reality tv show?

“President Obama did not personally respond to Benghazi on the night of the attack until more than six hours after the White House convened an emergency conference call, according to little-noticed State Department records reviewed by Breitbart News.

Obama’s six-hour absence, during which the United States military did not have presidential orders to enter Libyan airspace to potentially save Americans, was apparently not interrupted by Hillary Clinton.

“For the president of the United States to have not interjected himself sooner in this process is a tragedy,” Arends said, noting that only President Obama could have obtained permission from the Libyan transitional government to use their airspace to send in the U.S. military.

“Why did it never happen? Where was the president during this time?…He should have known that we had to request a formal order from the Libyan government to enter into their airspace,” Arends said.

Arends thinks that Hillary Clinton should have intervened to find Obama.

“Let’s ask the same questions of the Secretary herself. She’s a lawyer. Why wasn’t she pushing the president to fly Why did she never request presidential permission for our forces to fly into Libyan airspace?” Arends asked.”

Essentially, under the Obama Administration, after 4pm in the White House, no one is in charge, and the Secretary of State either couldn’t be bothered to find the President, or didn’t care enough. I didn’t know the presidency was a part time job.

Hopefully, at the next debate Donald Trump will raise the question: Why didn’t she try to find the president? /CJ

“”I think it’s important for us to take seriously the statements he’s made in the past,” said the president, speaking in the White House press room. “But most importantly – and I speak to all of you in this room as reporters as well as the American public – I just want to emphasize the degree to which we are in really serious times and this is a really serious job.”

He went on: “This is not entertainment. This is not a reality show. This is a contest for the presidency of the United States. And what that means is that every candidate, every nominee, needs to be subject to exacting standards and genuine scrutiny.”

Benghazi Probe Finds Marines’ Response Was Slowed by Uniform Changes

A new congressional report on the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attack on a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that left four Americans dead found that the Marines tasked with responding to the attack had to change in and out of uniform four times, slowing their arrival at the scene of the attack.

The Marine commander of the FAST platoon, unnamed in the report, testified that the Marines’ orders changed constantly as they waited to depart.

“We were told multiple times to change what we were wearing, to change from cammies into civilian attire, civilian attire into cammies, cammies into civilian attire,” he said. “There was also some talk of whether or not we could carry our personal weapons. I was basically holding hard and fast to the point where we were carrying our personal weapons. Like, we’ve got a very violent thing going on the ground where we’re going, so we’re going to be carrying something that can protect ourselves.”

Ultimately, the commander said, the Marines would change in and out of uniform four times.

The report’s authors concluded that these hours of indecision contradicted official statements that the administration had responded with all haste in response to the attacks.

The House report also concluded the uniform issue spoke to a lack of clear leadership.

“The issue of military attire versus civilian clothes illustrated no one seemed to be taking charge and making final decisions,” the authors wrote.

It remains unclear whether the three-hour delay made a difference in the fast-moving events of that night in Libya. Ultimately, the FAST Marines were never ordered to Benghazi.”
